AIS, Inc. is a 20-year-old corporation that specializes in providing the best of breed in Imaging and Information Management Solutions and services. AIS has serviced clients in over 8 states. We have a full-line solutions sales division, and a medium volume service bureau. Our office locations include Baton Rouge and New Orleans .

Canon U.S.A. Image Filing division has recognized Advanced Imaging Solutions (AIS) nationally as a 2003, 2004, and 2006 "Partner in Excellence" for scanner and microfilm system sales. In 2003, the Baton Rouge Business Report honored founder Kathryn Smith as one of its "Influential Women in Business," and in 2004 the New Orleans City Business honored Kathryn as a "Business Woman of the Year."

In 2007, The New Orleans City Business recognized Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc. as an “Innovator of the Year’ and also as an “Employer of the Year’ in two separate award ceremonies.
